New Techniques to curb the weakness!

This week i m experiencing some flu, throat inflammation & spine problems.

During my bath tonight, i discovered another cause & effect of a symptom which bothers me alot.

Belching: The burping problem which i realised i have alot recently during work.

Cause: The food residue stuck on my teeth and may have been flushed down my system each & everyday. Letting bacteria get into my body and particularly my stomach.

Solution: To brush my teeth after each meal.

F1 Fever

I had alot of fun yesterday for starters, but didn't really expect it to be so scary at the same time! haha! A few cuts here and there but it was all worth the experience!

F1 fever started for me later in the afternoon! I was practically enjoying the atmosphere of reaching the F1 Entrances! This year, its alot different and very much improved in every sense! I definitely coming back to F1 S'pore nxt year as well! Beer was tempting but i resisted the temptation due to my budget constraints. Shrewd money managing is vital, i muz continue to resist!!! hahaha!!!

Talking more about F1, the cars were so darn fast and i was lucky enough to watch all right in front of me no more den 4 to 5 metres away from the barricades. Zoommmm!!!!

Its the 2nd week of holidays and I have got 4 more weeks of holidays left on the plate.
Learnt alot about lots of things lately, it pays to be nice most of the time.

I wanna go to on a trip to China, Chengdu and finally back to Hong Kong in 2010. My search for the many things i want to pursue will come shortly.

Mostly looking forward towards to the end of my 3 years at S'pore Poly. University is on my mind but not like what the majority of poly leaver's have in mind. Will continue to give me best! It's been a fun time at S'pore Poly, made a lot of friends over the years there.

Somehow I have a secret in my heart. Everything will come soon in due time. Will not rush into anything this time. Haha!!!

Tennis is the last event on my mind after Spinnovex 2009. I'm looking forward to it!!!

I'm still in state of confusion & lost... its day 3 since i broke my 1st racquet... I noe y i broke the racq now... Thinking about afraid to lose wad i have got... afraid tat things wouldn't be the same anymore... the tell tale signs r all out there... i m not blind... but i wish i was... so i dun have to feel it at all in the 1st place... in the 1st place i shld have never even started...

Now its time to go back to the beginning, i have lost my edge... Used to have the Eye of the Tiger... The hunger... Now i m like completely devastated... How did everything so gd become so bad???

I sprained my ankle on Sunday (12th April), pretty banged up... Went home to shower, eat, rub ointment and den a massage therapy session with my OSIM uSqueeze PRO!

Woke up this Morning... the Ankle is Pain like FUCK........ Cannot walk.... den i settled in about 30mins... Then I decided to head to the swimming pool for aqua jog and walk...

Felt much better after SELF-THERAPY! Did lots of admin work on my com the whole afternoon.
Waited to head to Camp for IPT (Some RT shit...).

Got to Camp, had a briefing session... The PTI said: Please Guys, Run the 2.4KM trial RUN faster & we can chop chop curry POK go home!

I was like aa........ PTI ah.... My leg hor... CMI liao... HOW?

PTI looked at me... & said: eh... can u at least jog? if pain come find me...

I was like ermmmm... Let's see.... Let's TRY!

1st & 2nd round, Johnny is trying to keep the foot in place with the entire leg... Dun wanna sprain it again... So no fast movements!

3rd & 4th round. Johnny is gathering power in the body... Powering at 40%... OMG!!! WITH a SPRAINED ANKLE!!! OMG!!!

5th round is the most interesting part... I'm feeling like sebastien vettel of Red BULL Racing (TORO ROSSO)!!!

6th Round, Johnny is catching up with running buddie, MARK GE!!! Ended the RAce with timing of 17mins 10secs...

OMG! GD NITE! Went to Cold Storage to get a BEER!

While i was at batam, i realised how big a difference batam was with comparison to SG. We singaporeans must learn to be more appreciative of our nation's progress & standard of living.
Talking about standard of living, prices are rising everywhere again. On 1st Oct, MRT & bus fares will increase again!

Wootz... Another week of tennis, R Fed seems to losing at every other Tour this year.
Kinda hard to believe the way he plays these days, C'MON! U're Simply The Best!!!
I'm still currently working on my service, backhand, volley & footwork.

Recently i watched Goldeneye, it's a real nice show, the interesting part about the movie is the attention to details & daring stunts.

I wonder if any one has kept up with American Idol???!!! This season's is quite entertaining with the likes of David Cook & Company... haha!!!

Played a tennis match todae... lost 6-1, 6-2.
I will work hard to train myself to play better tennis...

Anyway i got my new racquet, Wilson K61 Tour 90.
My tennis buddy's tennis skills have improved alot more den the last time i played him.

Wootz.... I have learnt to coach this week, it's a good experience for me to learn to teach others a skill... But sad to say though, my tennis skill is not what it used to be...

K61 tour is maybe on it's way to my house todae. not sure if i will buy it or not...
This week is really been a real tiring but great week for tennis!!! I will continue to train to get back my form...
This weekend there is the Pacific Life Open Finals on Sunday (23rd March 2008).

Got up wednesday morning to catch Champions League: LIVERPOOL vs Inter Milan!!!

Didn't watch football for quite a while... Nice to see Liverpool can play better ever since the stupid shareholder or ownership disputes...

Didn't do as much exercise as i could for my arms were aching like hell from monday's training session!!! Managed to use badminton to play tennis though... haha! Kinda fun to do some work together with club mates on wednesday as well.. haha! seems more like playing!!!

Kinda sad that my favourite drama showed it's last episode on channel u last nite... haiz.... some dramas are really gd...

Wootz... tennis training yesterdae was not wad i expected... we had to learn how to feed a ball to students, teach the proper "TECHNIQUE" of the forehand, backhand stokes... den i was still thinking about how i can teach the future students abt "THE SERVE"...

i have got the timing rite for my own serve, but i learned the serve since last year and am still tryin to perfect it till now... so i m wondering how m i going to ensure tat the peeps i gonna teach will catch it faster... hope they r more talented den me... hehe

Bleh..... i can vomit blood todae man... dun noe wad in the world happened to me recently...
